About My Turning Point

For 33 years, I lived a high-pressure corporate life driven by responsibility, performance, and constant achievement. While everything looked successful from the outside, internally my system was collapsing-fatigue, anxiety, panic attacks, arrhythmia, diabetes, hypertension, poor sleep, and gut issues slowly took over my life.
At 56, I realised that professional success without inner wellbeing comes at a very high cost. I stepped away from the corporate race and began rebuilding myself through health, nutrition, fitness, spirituality, emotional healing, and conscious living.
The biggest breakthrough came when I discovered the deep connection between gut health, emotions, clarity, energy, and human behaviour.
Today, I help people who silently feel exhausted despite managing life and responsibilities successfully-guiding them to restore vitality, emotional balance, clarity, and wellbeing from the inside out.
